If people want to unsubscribe from your mailing list they can do so by clicking an unsubscribe link at the bottom of your newsletters. FAQ’s

Q. Are there any ongoing costs?

You will need to purchase credits to send you email campaigns. For example, to send a newsletter to x1000 email addresses using the system costs approximately £15. If you are using the autoresponder, credits will need to be pre-purchased.

Q. Can I upload my own mailing list into the system?

There is a big difference between having access to an email list, and having permission to send email to that list. For example you cannot add emails addresses from a purchased list because you have not got permission from the people on the list to send them emails. If you want to add your own list and are unsure whether you have permission or not, please contact us for advice.
