Bath Chip Repairs
Nik had an old website that was hard for him to update and it was not doing justice to the range of repair work his business performs. Also Nik’s old site was not mobile responsive so was difficult to navigate and read for people viewing on mobiles and tablets. He only had a very low resolution version of his logo so we redrew the logo and supplied a vector file that can be used for other applications.
We also created a payment page where Nik’s customers can come and pay their invoices directly on his website via PayPal.
What We Did
Design
Nik already had his logo designed, so we used this as inspiration for the site look. A new banner was created to better communicate the service offered by his business.
WordPress
This site was built using the popular WordPress content management system, giving the client the ability to update and add content.
Mobile Responsive Design
A mobile responsive design was used to allow the new site to be easily navigated and browsed on mobile, tablets and desktops.
Quotation Form
A special quotation form has been created to help Nik to get a better understanding of the jobs his customers require. The form includes an image upload facility so customers can send a picture of the damage they need fixing.
PayPal Invoice Payments
An online invoice payment page was created to make it easier for Nik to accept payments from his customers via PayPal.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics tracking was setup to allow the client to analyse the visitor activity on their site. They can see detailed information including how many people have visited the site, where they are visiting from and what keywords they typed into Google to find their website.
Google Adwords
We helped the client improve their Google Pay Per Click (Adwords) campaign, which now generates over 80 new business enquiries each month.
