Satellite 3
Glauca Rossi is a renowned London based make-up artist who has developed her own futuristic product range of cosmetics called Satellite 3. Gluaca was referred to us by a friend to update her old Satellite 3 makeup web design that was built in Flash which no longer works on mobile and tablet devices. E-commerce functionality was also required to allow her lipsticks and face powders to be purchased online.
The new site was built in the WordPress content management system using WooCommerce to provide the e-commerce functionality. The makeup web design of the site matches the futuristic space theme of the products and a special animated slider was created for the homepage to enhance the visual effect. The whole site is now responsive allowing visitors on mobiles and tablets to easily browse and make purchases.
A customisation was added to the WooCommerce system to allow the product colour options to be displayed as images instead of the standard dropdown menu. This allows the customer to see the range of available colours and make their selections with more confidence.
The STRIPE payment gateway has been integrated with the WooCommerce system to allow PCI compliant card payments to be taken directly on the site instead of the more common approach of being re-directed to a third party site such as PayPal to enter the payments details.

Facebook Advertising
We setup and manage a Facebook advertising campaign that places banner ads in the timelines of the products target market.
WordPress
This site was built using the popular WordPress content management system, giving the client the ability to update and add content.
Google Adwords
A Google Adwords pay per click campaign was setup to get Wellcare a top listing in the Google search results for target keywords. As a result the advertising campaign drives a steady stream of traffic to the website were it is converted into paying customers.
Drag & Drop Page Builder
We included the industry leading drag & drop page builder which allows the client to quickly update the pages on their website and also build new professional looking pages with very little technical knowledge required.
WordPress Support
The client has signed up to our WordPress support package, we now manage the WordPress updates and provide 1 hour of work a month updating the sites content. This leaves the client free to do what they do best, create delicious preserves!
WooCommerce
The popular WooCommerce system was integrated with WordPress to provide e-commerce functionality. The client is able to manage the store admin, edit and add new products.
Mobile Responsive Design
A mobile responsive makeup web design was used to allow the new site to be easily navigated and browsed on mobile, tablets and desktops.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics tracking was setup to allow the client to analyse the visitor activity on their site. They can see detailed information including how many people have visited the site, where they are visiting from and what keywords they typed into Google to find their website.
