The Beach Tanning Salons
The Beach have awesome tanning salons in four locations but no website! They are themed like Hawaiian beach shacks yet have top of the range tanning beds and are well worth a visit!
We met with the Ed and Steve to discuss how the theme of the salons could be captured online and the different ways their business could be promoted. We setup a uniquely themed WordPress install with a page for each location to help with ranking in the search results. Each page was professionally copywritten and Hawaiian beach themed graphics sourced. We also setup/claimed Google My Business pages for each location to help rank in the local listings.
At the time of writing each location ranks in the top 10 in the Google Organic results and looks to be still climbing.
What We Did
A uniquely themed template was created in a Hawaiian beach hut style to reflect the decor of the salons.
In addition to the website we added/claimed the Google maps listings and discussed a Tan Club for data capture and future marketing via email, and SMS.
They are promoting the business on Facebook.
This site was built using the popular WordPress content management system, giving the client the ability to update and add content.
Search Engine Optimisation
We optimised the each location page of the website for ‘tanning salon [+l location]’. At the time of writing each location ranks in the top 10 of the Google Organic results and appears to still be climbing.
Drag & Drop Page Builder
We included the industry leading drag & drop page builder which allows the client to quickly update the pages on their website and also build new professional looking pages with very little technical knowledge required.
A professional copywriter was used to produce persuasive and compelling text that really communicates the benefits of the clients services.
Mobile Responsive Design
A mobile responsive design was used to allow the new site to be easily navigated and browsed on mobile, tablets and desktops.
Google Analytics tracking was setup to allow the client to analyse the visitor activity on their site. They can see detailed information including how many people have visited the site, where they are visiting from and what keywords they typed into Google to find their website.
Using data capture to build a database of potential customer email addresses and mobile numbers has been discussed. They can then be marketed to later using an email marketing system.
